SWINGS is a multidisciplinary 4-year project fully dedicated to elucidate trace element sources, transformations and sinks along a section crossing key areas of the Southern Ocean.
US GEOTRACES will hold a workshop 6 - 8 May 2020 at Old Dominion University to coordinate the scientific objectives and supporting logistics for a section to run from Tahiti to Amundsen Sea to the Chilean shelf (GEOTRACES Section GP17).
