About the webinar:
On Friday 17th September, the NSF Division of Ocean Sciences held a public webinar on several NSF supported projects and initiatives as part of the UN Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development “laboratories” program.
The UN Decade “laboratories” are coordinated outreach events that take place over a three day period, with each “laboratory” being based on a theme or goal of the UN Decade. The recent event was part of the UN Decade’s “predicted ocean” theme and consisted of four presentations aimed at a general public audience.
The event was introduced by Lindsay Martin (NSF).
